Our annual conference is over and what a wonderful conference
it was. There were a lot of memorable moments. Folks were catching up
with each other, new friendships were made, Ted sold tickets for a
cut-off saw like they were hot cakes, the haggling going on at the
tail-gate sales, the bargains picked up at the iron-in-the-hat,
the work shown and stories told by the demonstrators (David Norrie, Jeff Farmer, Billy Merrit, Shane
Stegmeier) a demonstrator setting their pants on fire!, the beautiful
items at the show-and-tell and the auction, the tasty dinner, six forges lit in the
dark.
